Aman Ellis, the man behind AIMES, recently released a follow-up EP to his renowned The Cacti EP, Vol. 1. Vol II is here and it is full of heartfelt instrumental bangers.
Electro it is with Ellis and good electro is where it's at. This EP is another round of sloppy wonky dirty beats in his Cacti series, and the follow-up to the Volume 1 (click to listen to Vol I).
Alright, so Aman Ellis has a really interesting flow to his music. His contribution to that of electro music is big. He's laying his heart on the floor for you, the listener. But, he's leaving it only in a place for you to enjoy. He's leaving it on the living room floor, where the house parties are held, where you and your buddies hang out to play video games, where your roomies (for those of you in college) can clearly hear the tunes. He's leaving his mark in a place where everyone will come to love his tracks. This proverbial living room is the perfect place. It's got that open concept that you've always wanted. So there you have it. Upbeat electro beats mixed with Ellis' magical touch to keep you on your toes and awake at night while drinking a beer with your friends. For hangouts and much more.
